Natalia’s Spiritual Background & Experiences: Early Intuition, Angel Encounters & Psychic Awakening
JANET: So happy we finally get to meet. And I love that you're a writer. We talked about that before we went on — that you've been published by Hay House. So fabulous. Congratulations. And those true stories were so interesting because I read them, and there has to be more. I know you have more. So I have to ask the question: can you tell us, how did you find out you were a psychic medium? Did you do it as a child? Where did it all start?
NATALIA: I think as a young person I was intuitive, I just didn’t understand it. But it was more in my teen years going towards my twenties where I started to have these experiences, like a lot of children and teenagers do. Seeing things, feeling things.
For me, it really started early with the angels. When I was eight years old, I saw an angel appear in my room because I was really worried at the time. I was worried about my dad who was driving a drunk relative home. I was in bed, and this amazing angel appeared.
Looking back now, and later having trained as an angel intuitive, having that experience really set it in for me that yes, angels are real, and they are here for us, to reassure us, calm us, and help us. Because it’s hard to believe those things otherwise. You can have a feeling for it and hope and wish that it’s true, but it’s when you have the true experiences that really shape it for you. That’s a story I tell my kids, and it helps them as well.
In terms of other psychic and mediumship experiences, probably when I was in my twenties I started to receive messages sporadically. One time I was walking home late at night and suddenly got this really bad feeling. A voice came into my head and said, “A man’s going to pull up.” Literally telling me what was about to happen: a man’s about to pull up and try to get you to come into his car.
Because that voice came through, I felt this calm, the same calm I felt as an eight‑year‑old seeing an angel, and it helped me deal with the experience. And that’s exactly what happened seconds later. A guy, very dodgy, tried to coerce me to come into his car. It was really scary. But something happened, he saw something, and then he suddenly took off. So that was another one.

Psychic Awakening in Japan
NATALIA: Then I had all these experiences when I traveled to Japan. I worked teaching English there, and I suddenly started getting all this psychic insight. I was really connected to the land. Something was awakening in me, and I was only in my early to mid‑twenties.
I remember living in an international guest house, which was really fun. One time a new tourist came in, and I was about to ask him, “Where are you from?” Then the voice told me in my head. It wasn’t just one nationality, it was five different things: Serbian, Argentinian, Irish, and others. An unlikely combination. The voice told me, and then the guy told me exactly what the voice said. That was really startling.
While I was in Japan, a voice told me an earthquake was about to happen. These are not scary voices. They’re very calming. The voices I had that were lifesaving had this calming, gentle male‑like tone that puts you into a state of absolute calm. Seconds later an earthquake happened. Being in Tokyo, I was a bit frightened before that because they say a big one happens every ten years, and ten years had already passed. So it was reassurance.
I kept having experiences like this. Even in my late twenties, I seemed able to detect if a female was pregnant or the gender of the baby, things like that. Lots of things happening.
I was always into the angels, and I got really drawn to the angel cards. I bought a pack and was really excited. I don’t even remember this, but friends remind me that I would always pull out my cards and give impromptu readings, all amateur, but I was so into it. Then I had the opportunity to learn to be an Angel Intuitive, certified training done by Doreen Virtue with Hay House. I was so excited to go. It was the most amazing event of my whole life. I remember going there and seeing all these like‑minded people. This was around 2009, over a decade ago.
It felt like I finally found my home because I always felt like I didn’t belong anywhere, that I was different, and that I experienced people differently. I didn’t understand that I was very empathic and intuitive. It wasn’t like having a normal conversation with people, it was more like I was experiencing everything about them, and it’s hard to hold a basic conversation sometimes. So it was really nice to have that event.

1111 Expansion: Psychic Growth, Mediumship Activation & Following Divine Guidance
NATALIA: When I trained to be an angel intuitive, it was like anyone who starts to train or learn psychic development. You start to grow, and that’s what happened. One minute I was giving oracle card readings, and the next all the psychic information was coming through. At first it was little things: intuitive hits and messages.
Then I remember the first time I went to give an oracle card reading to someone who paid for a session. I was absolutely scared. They came in, I had all my cards set up, and I couldn’t believe it, in my first session, I didn’t even start with the oracle cards until forty‑five minutes into the session because I was receiving psychic information. I really spun myself out. That’s how it all started, and then I knew I was on the right track. One thing leads to another, and your mediumship opens up, which is something we practice in the angel intuitive training as well.
Then all these experiences. I’d be walking around, going to the mall, and suddenly I’d get this overwhelming feeling that I had to give a message to someone. It was overwhelming. There could be a million people, but one person would glow somehow, and I just knew to follow the calling. I’ve always followed that. I’ve always thought it doesn’t matter if I look like a looney tune. I’ve always been highly ethical and used discernment because it’s not anyone’s business otherwise, I don’t try to tap into anyone. I just followed what was naturally happening, and I felt like this was God’s way to allow me to be of service in some way.
So I always followed it. It didn’t matter if I was out in my tracksuit pants thinking, “Oh God, I’m going to look like a crazy person here.” I always put that aside. One thing Doreen Virtue taught, which I’ll always remember, is: If you get nervous, focus on service. It’s always taking yourself out of the equation, and I’ve always done that. I think that’s where the true guidance comes and where you do true work. Everything developed from there.
JANET: Wow. That’s so special. And that’s so interesting how you didn’t quite understand what you were getting, but you got so much. That’s not always normal for everybody. You opened up and you followed it, which is beautiful. Well, congratulations, because it’s all working, right?
NATALIA: Yeah, it’s been really amazing actually. I love what I do, and I think that’s the key, enjoying what you’re doing. Follow that calling and just go for it.

Why you see 11:11 & What it Really Means
1111 Meaning: Why This Number Appears & Why It’s Not a Coincidence
JANET: Like you say, people connect to seeing 11‑11, which I love to see too, and I see so much of that. Can you tell us why people see 11‑11? What’s your take on that, and all the other numbers that tend to appear?
NATALIA: It’s this mysterious phenomenon that’s come about seemingly out of nowhere. One minute we’re all walking around having a normal life, and the next this thing starts happening where you’re seeing numbers. There are other numbers too, but let’s just focus on the 1111.
You could be seeing it anywhere: on a street sign, the time, receipts, all over the place. It starts to happen, and you start to notice it. At first you think, “Is this just a coincidence?” But very quickly you realize it’s not, and something much more magical and meaningful is happening.
I think it’s actually been happening for more than a decade now. Some people think it started around 2012: December 21st, when the end of the Mayan calendar was said to be. That was a big date because there was a galactical alignment at that time, and it marked the end of an old epoch and the start of something new. And funnily enough, the actual date 21‑12‑2012 adds up to 11. There’s something in that.
However, there have been people who saw the number before that. I remember seeing it probably around 2009 or 2010, definitely in 2011, because I remember the date November 11th: 11‑11‑2011, when a lot of people were doing meditations.
I really believe it’s a sign from God, whatever you want to call that: God, Source, everything we’re connected to. Earth is changing rapidly. We’re accelerating. Energy is accelerating. Light is coming in, so much light. And 1111 is acting like a way‑shower, a signal, and it’s blaring at us.
It’s a way for us to not feel so alone. We’re all walking along, blind in our everyday lives, and when that number comes up, it stops you in your tracks. You feel this moment of connection, and that’s what the number is about.
I feel it’s happening because of earth changes, because of this Great Awakening we’re in, because it really is a number of awakening, and because of all this accelerating energy. This energy is coming in to counteract darker energy, because it’s not easy and there are a lot of challenges here.
I feel like this is God’s message, or the universe’s message, to reassure us, to keep our faith and hope, which we really need. A lot of us have that, but we go up and down, and it’s nice to have reassurance. It’s nice to know our angels are around us, like finding feathers or that kind of thing. Seeing this number…

1111 Activation: Soul Contracts, DNA Codes & the “On Switch” of Awakening
NATALIA: It feels to me, and I’ve been thinking about this, that it’s perhaps pre‑encoded. There’s an idea that we have soul contracts before we come onto earth, and perhaps 11‑11 is already this signal that’s been encoded in our DNA. That we are predestined to awaken at this time, and when we see the numbers, it’s a reminder. It’s a signal. It’s like an alarm bell, a clarion call.
It ignites some kind of memory in us, to remember who we are, where we’re from, that we are soul. If you feel into the energy of that, it’s like: we are soul. It’s bringing us back into alignment.
The other thing about it is that when you think about the numbers, it’s like a bridge. If you think of 11 on one side as being the two foundations of one side of a river or a bridge, and the other 11 on the other side, and then you have the rainbow bridge. It’s bridging earth to heaven and vice versa.
There’s this spiritual concept about the universal laws and the idea of “as above, so below.” I feel that 1111 has come in as a kind of signal to bridge us to the other side, to remind us where we’re from and what we’re here to do. It’s very reciprocating.
When you see it, it’s like two giant goals or signposts you can’t miss. It literally is like a sign. It shows us that spirit is there behind the scenes. They’re rooting for us and saying, “It’s okay, we know it’s hard, but here you go... 11:11.” And there are a lot of meanings behind it, too, which I’ll get into.
I do feel it’s somehow linked with our DNA, our genetics. Perhaps there’s even the notion of computer code. Physicists say that perhaps we live in a simulated world, like a computer. Even metaphorically, if you think of the universe as a giant computer and we’re these little computers with a biological system: what if 1111 was a code? A kind of computer code.
If you break down the simplicities of life, it all comes down to numbers anyway. This code activates something within us. They talk about computer codes having binary numbers, where one is the “on” switch and zero is “off.” When you think about that “on” switch, that’s what 11‑11 does. It turns on. It turns on your lights. It’s like a giant switchboard that blares in front of you like neon lights.

11:11 Wake‑Up Call: Lightworkers, Dark Energy & Global Activation
NATALIA: The other thing I would say is it’s like a wake‑up call. We’re being ignited to get on with it: lightworkers or anyone — wake up and do your work. It’s this clarion call.
There’s one more theory that came to me today. I mentioned before about darker energy, and I’ll talk about it briefly. There’s the negative side of the occult where numbers are used in negative ways. It dawned on me today that perhaps God is bringing in these numbers, this frequency, to alleviate or counteract the dark use of the numbers.
JANET: Oh, I love that.
NATALIA: Yeah, this was a big revelation that came through today, obviously because we’re having this session about 11‑11. I got goosebumps. It lit me up.
Feeling into that, everything is about light and dark. If negative people were saying, “We’re going to use this number in a negative way,” then God is beaming in the light, bringing that light in to counteract it. And then us in the middle, those who are awakening, seekers, lightworkers, we are being activated by these numbers, and our lights are growing. If you imagine the view from above, all these lights around the world waking up: that’s the gift of 1111 in a nutshell. There’s so much more to say, but that’s important.
JANET: That makes so much sense. When I’m stressed or tired, I’ll look at my clock and it’s 11:11. One day I was having a rough day and every time I looked at the clock it said something with 11. I kept saying, “Okay, thank you.” It was like hope coming in — reminding me I can do it. It keeps reminding you: keep going, don’t give up, you’re not alone. It counteracts the other energy. I like that a lot. It makes sense. I get chills every time. It’s really profound.

1111 Frequency: Vibration, Awakening Seeds & Everyday Activation
JANET: You are telling us it does connect to energy. Is there any other way you see that happening?
NATALIA: If you break down what 11‑11 is, it’s a high frequency. When we talk about raising our vibration, there are different ways you can do that: from the most basic, like having a laugh or having a bath, to using energy to raise your vibration.
And 11:11 comes in like these blaring headlights you can’t miss. It’s offering this vibration. Whether you’re someone who has no idea or is just beginning, this little seed becomes the seed of awakening. When a person sees 11:11 and starts to notice it, they realize something is going on. It wakes them up out of their coma, out of that rat race and treadmill we’re all in.
After a while, like my husband says when it started happening to him, because I’m the "spiritual one", he was like, “Okay, something’s going on here. It’s following me everywhere.” Then he would start sending me text messages: 11:11. It was really funny. There have been so many moments with my family. My kids see it. One day we kept seeing it, and then we sat down to watch TV and all these 11s were dancing all over the screen out of nowhere. I don’t even know what it was. It wasn’t a TV program. just all these 11's dropping down.
You can’t escape it.
Being intuitive, it’s important for me to keep things simple, grounded, real, and break everything down into simplicity. We don’t need to complicate everything. Sometimes people send me messages asking, “What does it mean? What does it mean?” They drive themselves crazy. When they find a feather, they want to know the meaning. I like to say: it’s okay. Relax. Step back.
The gift of 11‑11 is that it’s doing the work for you. A lot of it is happening on a subconscious level we’re not always aware of. Especially as a beginner, you might not understand energy or feeling things. Everyone has intuition, and it awakens at different times. One of the gifts of 11‑11 is that it wakes up your intuition on some level.
NATALIA: If you break down what 11‑11 is, it’s a high frequency. When we talk about raising our vibration, there are different ways you can do that: from the most basic, like having a laugh or having a bath, to using energy to raise your vibration.
And 11:11 comes in like these blaring headlights you can’t miss. It’s offering this vibration. Whether you’re someone who has no idea or is just beginning, this little seed becomes the seed of awakening. When a person sees 11:11 and starts to notice it, they realize something is going on. It wakes them up out of their coma, out of that rat race and treadmill we’re all in.
After a while, like my husband says when it started happening to him, because I’m the "spiritual one", he was like, “Okay, something’s going on here. It’s following me everywhere.” Then he would start sending me text messages: 11:11. It was really funny. There have been so many moments with my family. My kids see it. One day we kept seeing it, and then we sat down to watch TV and all these 11s were dancing all over the screen out of nowhere. I don’t even know what it was. It wasn’t a TV program. just all these 11's dropping down.

11:11 Alignment: Balance, Entrainment, Acceleration & Upliftment
NATALIA: There are so many things about it. I feel that it puts you into alignment. I was thinking about that word this morning: alignment. Think of the number one as a line. It aligns you into that line. And if you think of the number one, it’s your connection between earth and heaven, as I mentioned before. When we were dropped off here onto earth from heaven as a baby, we were like this number one being dropped down, and now it’s coming around 360 and we’re reaching up. But we’re to find a balance. It’s very much about alignment and balance, hence the four ones, which quadruple everything.
That idea of alignment makes me think of entrainment, where you sync into a rhythm of something and become one. There’s so much in this. It’s like we’re on this train ride when we see the numbers 11‑11. It’s like a booster, like a rocket launcher. When I was in Japan, they had the fastest train in the world, the Shinkansen. It’s like taking the bullet train rather than the slow tracks. It offers this exhilaration, this push, like a rocket launch.
Then there’s the notion of upliftment. It lifts you up. We talked about how it’s such a nice feeling and so reassuring. When you’re connected to spirit, all our benevolent helpers are here to help us and uplift us. That’s what the number does.
I’ve mulled over it. I even took time at one stage to think, “Is 11‑11 safe?” I looked into it intuitively, felt it through, and knew from experience: this is here to help us. You know when you’re speaking with other people, you’ll find that the 11‑11 synchronicities keep flaring up and happening more and more. It’s a positive thing.
JANET: Many of my friends are very connected to 11‑11. We talk about it. “Oh, 11‑11.” You look at a license plate in front of you and there’s an 1111. It’s like God saying hello, Source saying, “Hi, I’m here. We’re really here.” Kind of cool. I’m just thinking of my house number. My house number is 119. You add that up and it’s an 11. I’ve been here 34 years now. I picked this house and have been so happy here. My life totally shifted here. I’ve done things here I never did anywhere else. It was meant to be. It’s like, “Here, you’re meant to be.” I love the number of it. A lot of people buy houses with numbers they feel aligned with. There’s a lot to it. Even your birth date, you look at your birthday, how you add it up, what you’ve got. It’s a lot of information, but it’s powerful information. Thank you for that.
NATALIA: I just wanted to say one thing. When you mentioned the address, I was feeling that with the nine at the end, the 11 and then the 9, it’s like you’re here to close off a cycle in your life. The 11 is your awakening, and the nine brings this sense of grand closure as an old soul.

JANET: This is a book, I’m going to show everybody right here is: The 11:11 Code. Natalia introduced me to the author, and he is going to be on the show. What did you get from that book? We don’t want to take all his information.

When we talk about numbers, and you were mentioning before how many people feel drawn to numbers and celebrate numbers, they feel numbers have meaning and are sacred.
Numbers really are in everything. This is the secret of the universe, they underlie everything. Charlie has peeled away the layers and allowed us to see how numbers operate in everything, in light and everything. It’s a hard one, though. You have to put on your big‑girl hat to read the book. It’s not easy, but he’s brilliant. I say read the book. Go through the maths just to see how many facts of everyday life all connect to numbers. It’s incredible. Fascinating. And I think that’s where the 11‑11 comes in. It is a code. It’s an awakening code, as he says in his title.

11:11 Deeper Meaning: Manifestation, Higher Frequency & Navigating the Unknown
NATALIA: Sometimes when you’re looking up numbers, you might see things like “make a wish,” which can represent those things because 11‑11 can be a manifestation portal. But I like to feel more deeply into the numbers and the signs we’re receiving. I get a lot of intuition from experience and everyday life and the little bits that come through.
It was important for me to share a deeper meaning, how we can utilize this energy, what it really means, and stepping into it and understanding it on a higher level. This is where the 11‑11 comes in as an example of that feeling of hope and the higher frequency coming in. It’s easy to get drowned by lower energy and get lost in it. We can sink down to our lowest depths. You feel that collective energy, that sense of uneasiness. Sometimes you’re just sitting at home and suddenly feel anxious, a great feeling of unrest. Most people don’t like the unknown. They’re scared of the unknown, and a lot of this is the unknown.
That’s where going out for walks helps, enjoying nature and fresh air, clearing your head, and then paying attention when you’re seeing the numbers. Allow that to lift you up. It’s easier to walk through everything when you have faith and higher energy.
Nobody’s perfect. We all go through ups and downs, even energy healers and psychics.
