❖ 4.5 hours of coaching across 4 sessions, as follows:

  • 3 x 60-minute sessions
  • 1 x 90-minute deeper session (you choose when to use the longer session—or we decide together.)

❖ 8 Post-Session Check-ins

Two gentle check-ins after each session (via Email, WhatsApp, or Voxer) to offer grounded support and accountability as you integrate.

❖ Homework + Resources

You may receive practical support in the form of light homework, reflective prompts, accountability goals or resources between sessions. These are based on your needs and what is covered, to help integrate what we explore.

❖ Session Video Recordings

Allowing you to re-listen, reflect, take deeper notes and reconnect with the insight and support whenever you need, so you can integrate the messages more fully.
