What's Included:
❖ 15 hours of coaching across 10 longer sessions as follows:
10 x 90-minute sessions (placed based on your needs or discussed with Natalia)
❖ 10 Post-Session Soul Support Check-ins
One integration check-in after each session (via WhatsApp or Email) to reflect, process, anchor, and feel gently guided and supported.
❖ Homework + Resources
You may receive practical support in the form of light homework, reflective prompts, accountability goals or resources between sessions. These depend on your needs and what is covered, to help integrate what we explore.
❖ Session Video Recordings
Allowing you to re-listen, reflect, take deeper notes and reconnect with the insight and support whenever you need, so you can integrate the messages more fully.
Scheduling + Use:
- Your first session must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.
- All sessions must be used within 16 weeks from the first session date.
- Start date & session schedule/rhythm must be discussed with Natalia before purchasing.
- Unused sessions do not carry over unless pre-approved.
- Sessions typically spaced 10–11 days apart
