Understanding & Dealing with Collective Energy & Anxiety

Read the Article:Introduction to Dealing with Outside EnergyI wanted to speak about dealing with all this outside energy that we feel as sensitive, empathic souls. Everybody can actually feel this on some level, it's just a matter of how conscious or not they are of it and their ability to discern what is outside energy, and what is coming from the inside. And when I say outside, there's so many different spheres of - that from people around you, to other people you interact with and environments, to Humanity as a whole, or pockets, groups of people, or areas, or whatever it may be.

For this sake also, I'm not specifically speaking about cosmic energy, however we are to understand that everything is interrelated. So cosmic energy will ripple through and also have an impact and be completely connected to each person and the energy that's all around.
So, I was in my Facebook Group (if you'd like to join, it's just a private group to help people just feel safe and secure and have a place to post as spiritual souls), and someone was speaking about a feeling anxiety, even though they were in an okay place generally. I really understand that so many people feel that sense of anxiety. Whether you're going through a lot of issues yourself or not, there's an anxiety in the air - and it's very palpable.
And I'd also like to speak about any other energy around. So not just anxiety, but also mental, emotional - all the different stuff - people's thoughts, how they're dealing with things, and so on. But we'll peel it all back and keep it to the basics.
So, I was in my Facebook Group (if you'd like to join, it's just a private group to help people just feel safe and secure and have a place to post as spiritual souls), and someone was speaking about a feeling anxiety, even though they were in an okay place generally. I really understand that so many people feel that sense of anxiety. Whether you're going through a lot of issues yourself or not, there's an anxiety in the air - and it's very palpable.
And I'd also like to speak about any other energy around. So not just anxiety, but also mental, emotional - all the different stuff - people's thoughts, how they're dealing with things, and so on. But we'll peel it all back and keep it to the basics.
A Message from the Angels: Come Back to YOU
The Angels showed me a clear message and an image, so that we can understand this a bit better.
What we tend to do as Earth Angel types, as ‘good souls,’ those on the spiritual path… is, we want to help others! We want to send out our good energy, or send ‘love and light,’ and pray… And all those things are wonderful, absolutely! What I'd like to say about it, whether or not you're actually doing that or not, or you're actually reclusing and doing the opposite of that…
The message is to PULL BACK, and work on YOU! Make YOU the number ONE centre-piece!
Power yourself up, light yourself up, work on YOU!
What's happening then, is you're kind of… Let's say you represent the microcosm of the macrocosm. By working on YOU, you are impacting the collective in a positive way. You can actually work on you and that ripples out to others - and do it that way! That was the clear message!
You can breathe in the beautiful Source light - and breathe out all that collective weirdness… because there's so much of it out there.

The following relates to the image I drew on the whiteboard, as seen in the pic.
In this image I received from the angels, these things (I’m pointing to the splayed lines) are little streams. So imagine that this is one big water source (I’m pointing to the wide o[pen top area), and these are all streams. These are all different energies that you can feel collectively from other people, such as anxiety, emotional, mental - and then each one of those has different levels and layers, from light emotions, to heavy, full on, end of the world scenario emotions… and the same with mental thoughts. And that's all interconnected.
And then you have toxic, poisonous type energy, all sorts! (Pointing to the top area): Imagine this is your beautiful, clear, lovely, pure source of water - but then you have all of these (toxic streams running into it), so let's just put in some different colors here to represent different emotions and thoughts, different levels and degrees (I’m drawing in the color in the streams).
Let's pretend the purple is a poisonous type energy there are many streams some are toxic poisonous all the rest all are coming from the same one source. As I read that now, I feel like the word 'same' is underlined, because 'same' is the opposite of 'division,' and being different. Ad that's one of the major things playing out in the world right now um and for some time now and it will continue to, is the division, the duality, separation illusion!
And so everything at the end of the day comes from the same one source so the message in this is to see this as source as in God or Source the higher power all the energy that connects everything our creator however you like to refer to that it's expansive and it's pure and all of these are being sort of um are bleeding through the others so even though there's all these different streams they all interconnect so um we've got little mini streamlets going between each.
You could literally keep going on and on, and draw an intricate web that connects everything. And that is just speaking of those types of energies, because then of course we have cosmic energy (and I said wouldn't mention so much the cosmic energy, lol, but it's coming in), that is creating a certain kind of energy that is then affecting people, and those streams, those ribbons of energy. And it all infiltrates and connects through. That's how it all works!

Focus on Source!
So the message in it is to focus on the ONE Source. Focus on SOURCE!
Source is the light. We've even got the light up here, right at the top - the light is the pure, Divine origin energy – pure, 100% energy. The angels make a joke now, bringing up that movie Point Break where Patrick Swayze says: “100% pure adrenaline,” like when you go surfing.
That is the order of events. So you start with YOU. You focus on SOURCE, and you bring that in - and you allow your focus, your awareness and your energy to be on Source, rather than any little one of these streams (or all of them). Whether you're aware of it or not, it is infiltrating and it's around. But if you hook yourself up in there, it can be such an entanglement and enmeshed chaos. And it can get really, profoundly traumatic, or difficult to deal with. You can be so in enmeshed in there that it's like you have all these cobwebs and nets all over you, you can't see the wood for the trees, and you're unable to discern what is yours and what is others,’ which is one of the key issues that empaths especially have.
If you approach it this way where Source and You are number One, that then has the power of infiltrating outwards to others - and it has a ripple effect! So now you're actually doing more good, and have more power. I actually feel the energy of it, it’s like lighting up! The impact of that is far more profound

What Helps You Deal, Detach & Work on YOU?
So what can you do to help get you there, is just realign, refocus put yourself in the eye and light of God Source, and allow THAT to be your key, to be your guide! You can also ask the angels to assist and see the Angels around that, because they are very pure, loving energy, very aligned and close to God Source.
Also do things such as epsom salt baths, go out for walks, just keep everything very simple, very pure. Just work on you and see that beautiful energy running through you. Work on your energy, work on yourself. If it helps, envision yourself stepping out of those cobwebs, out of the enmeshment, of that mish mash energy that is all around, or hanging in the ethers. It is not up to you, to not cling to that or make it your own, because it is just something that is working itself out by itself. So feel yourself detaching from it and being separate to it, rather than part of it.
When you focus on the open expanse and purity of God Source, you are stepping out of all of that and that is the Oneness and the Unity from which to connect with and feel a part of. And that it is YOU, as much as it is It! I hope that helps, and at least put things into perspective, and get you thinking about how much you are actually taking on that is not yours - and that you absolutely know that you do not need it!
