Post Session Advice
After your psychic or energy session, you will be processing a lot of the information and energy for a few days or even weeks. During this time, it is important to take good care of yourself and be open to receive and follow further insight, guidance and healing yourself. Trust your own intuition always.
Please do try to take time for yourself to integrate what has come through for you.
Your thoughts and emotions might at times flow in and out of you, like waves. This is completely normal and is a sign that you have received insight, healing and perhaps even a wake-up call from Spirit. You are processing things on a higher level that brings you on the path of light, change and transformation.

It depends what is going on in your inner and outer life, and what might have come up to be acknowledged and released (such as any issues you may be going through, or old emotional wounds and memories). The angels have shown me time & time again that you need to go down, in order to go up.

You might feel blissful like you are on an energy 'high'. Some sadness might come up to be acknowledged and released.
Do your best to carry the positive energy and let it infiltrate your entire being. Allow yourself to carry the light - spread it to others, or keep it to yourself and enjoy.

- Try breathing mindfully and practicing stillness and meditation.
- Light a candle and connect with your angels & your own Higher Self.
- Develop and maintain a sense of ‘awareness.’ Be open to noticing signs and synchronicity, and the angels working in your life.
- Get re-connected spiritually. Connect with and talk to your guides, angels, God, your Higher Self, and cultivate a daily spiritual practice. Keep it simple. Open your heart up to the Divine.
- Practice gratitude for your journey, people and experiences in your life. Everything is here to teach you something.
- You are your own boss, captain of your own ship. Always follow your own intuition and make decisions for yourself - be brave.

How Often Should I Book a Session?
Each case is completely different. Sometimes clients feel like they would like to book another appointment immediately after, and that is completely fine in cases where there is a lot going on, or the person has more questions or would like to explore things more deeply, or receive further healing. This offers a more wholistic approach and overall assistance leading to deeper transformation.
I would otherwise recommend that you wait at least a few months for another session. Each person is different. If you are unsure, just contact me. I care about you and am happy to assist.
