How I Prepare for a Psychic Reading / Energy Session

​This is an example of what I do before each and every psychic / energy session.

​In the video below I show you a slice of what it is like to build up energy and prepare for all my sessions, especially psychic readings &  energy clearing / healing sessions go through a process of clearing and protecting my space, clearing my chakras, raising my vibration and calling in Spirit.

I always say a sacred prayer to bring in Divine energies - angels and other beings of light who can assist with my sessions.

The main thing you might notice is how I lift up my vibrations to a high vibrational level, creating an upliftment and sacred space.
