Sometimes clients aren't sure what they need and that's okay, just book a session and it will naturally unfold. Longer sessions give more time to incorporate intuitive guidance, address all your needs and treat you more holistically. It is also advised for those who have a lot going on, and are feeling extra affected by negative energy, people, or current / past situations or other personal issues.
Natalia often finds that psychic readings and energy work go hand in hand and both can be incorporated for best effect. Each case is different.

What is 'Energy Healing'?

Energy healing is a form of channeling Divine energy, or 'chi', the life-force energy that connects us all. The energy is pure, light-filled and high vibrational. Natalia is the facilitator or conduit, and works very closely with the angels, Archangels Michael & Raphael, Jesus Christ, Mother Mary and other high beings of light. What is 'Energy Release' or 'Energy Clearing'?It is important to understand that everything is inter-connected, so energy can intertwine between one's mental, emotional, physical & energetic bodies. Energy release / clearing is when you clear away negative or un-serving energy from your energetic body (aura). It can include removing anything from general negative/ toxic energy, 'thought forms' and energy from other people, psychic cords, curses, black magic or psychic attack. Clearing can also be thorough chakra or auric clearing. There are many different techniques that may be used, depending on your current state. You must also be willing to acknowledge this energy and let it go. What is Psychic 'Chakra Clearing'? Chakra clearing entails clearing your main energy centres, known as chakras. The psychic element is that Natalia will intuitively run through (scan) your chakras to see what is out of alignment, and why. We all have various chakras that govern certain parts of our body. When we go about daily life, interact with people or experience any kind of negative energy, our chakras become dirty, blocked, shrunk or enlarged. What is Negative Energy?
Negative energy is accumulated from your life experiences and contact with other people (in person, as well as through social media or tele communications, and even from a great distance without even talking). It becomes stored in your physical and energetic body (auric system).
There are various kinds of negative energy, on a spectrum from very mild to extremely intense or even at worse debilitating. It could include anything from your own or other people's negative thoughts, emotions and energy, or deliberate negative energy directed towards you such as anger, jealousy, or manipulative control, right through to more sinister intentions / rituals such as ill wishing, curses, dark magic or psychic attack.
Negative energy can also include being affected by unpleasant spirits or dark entities (of which there are many different kinds), and entity attachments (when spirits/entities attach to your aura and affect you in many ways, including affecting your thoughts, moods and behavors, or feeding off your personal energy).

It can influence you minutely or severely, and on all levels (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual). Sometimes it just feels like you are tense, blocked, or overwhelmed or that your whole life feels chaotic, topsy turvy or like you are under some sort of spell or opression.
What Will Happen in the Session?

The Process Natalia will get you relaxed, grounded, centered and in a safe, sacred space surrounded by healing angels and benevolent beings of light. She will then work to clear your chakras and energetic body, and/or release any attachments and blockages that may be affecting you such as etheric cords, psychic attack, emotional pain and past life vows or issues as well as any un-serving contracts you may have. Natalia will do this with the powerful, heavenly assistance of your spirit team (guides and guardian angels), and other beings of light such as angels, Archangels Michael, Raphael, Jesus and Mother Mary. If applicable, Natalia can also help you with some deep karmic healing, by working with you to release any discordant connection you may have with another person, whether it be someone you know in this life time, or a deceased person in spirit. This entails breaking the karmic contract between you that has accumulated as debris from past lives, and is still affecting you now. |
