About this Guided Meditation

Below is a quick, yet effective deep cleansing, revitalizing and healing meditation to cleanse your aura. You can watch the video or read the script.

​It is an easy to follow, powerful, pure, light-filled meditation came channeled directly from the angels, for you to cleanse your energy field (aura), and to allow you to feel completely calm, refreshed and at peace. ​

It is filled with spiritual light and high vibration and is only 5 minutes long, so very short and easy to do.

How to Use this Meditation

The angels brought through the visualization, which you can listen to through my energy voice directly, while sitting or lying down, or, when you are in the bath (which is what I like to sometimes do). 

If you are in water yourself, it is extra cleansing, but it is not necessary, as even by visualizing water, you benefit from the clearing effects. When you are in the shower, pool or any body of water, you can do your own similar version., even if just for a few minutes, and see how refreshing it is.

Transcript of The Deep Water Cleansing Meditation

Feel yourself being cleansed and healed by the powerful properties of sea water.

Feel strong, powerful  bursts of healing, cleansing, sacred, energetically blueprinted sea water washing, or hosing you down so powerfully... like a giant thick hose, or blast of cool ocean water and foam.

Like a high-resonating, high-vibrational, pure, clean, clear, magnetic downpour.

Feel the sensation of this omnipotent water element. Smell the sea salts and the sea air, soak up the minerals and natural healing properties. Feel completely utterly cleansed.

Envision white light from Source beaming through this powerful healing water. Imagine the angels, God, Jesus, or pure life-force energy showering you with Light.

And then, once you have done this for as much time as you need, let yourself float, rest and be still. Be absolutely still in the water (whether you are in water or visualizing it). 

Alternatively, envision a giant downpour of magnified crystal clear, pure rain pouring lavishly upon your skin.
