Dealing with Life
Ok, so here’s the thing. We are all on a spiritual journey. That is the natural course of life whether we like it or are aware of it, or not. We are born onto earth, into a family of our choice, to experience what we need to, in order to grow and move on in our evolutionary cycle.
With that comes many binds, as well as freedom passes. It is a choice. Do we go left or right? Do we cross this bridge into the unknown, or stay where it’s safe and familiar? Do we continue to listen to our ego and avoid our intuition? Do we learn from repetitive relationship patterns in our life, or continue to go through the same cycle time and time again? Do we stay in this farcical, cyclical parody of the Truman Show, or attempt to step out of the box? Do we look, learn and leap, or blindly follow? And how conscious are we, of the possibility of being inside a kind of matrix bubble of amnesia and control?

The very nature of us being ‘human’ and not in spirit form, serves a purpose for us to grow and evolve. On top of this, we are at a very pivotal and crucial crux in human history, where we are evolving as a ‘species’, if you like (though in reality, we are spirit beings experiencing incarnation cycles on the very physical sphere of earth), and some would even say, on other planets, universes or multidimensional realities.
We are all experiencing intense energy shifts at lightening speeds, and this can bring up inner and outer turmoil and conflict. This is where things from the past can come up to the surface, to be revealed. The more open and aware you are, the more able you are to process and get through it.

As our sensitivities raise, you can either be as consciously aware of it as possible, and just allow those emotions to flow, working through things on a conscious level mentally, spiritually and emotionally, or, it will hit and smack you on the face. This is where many people ‘act out’.
These influxes of energy can open up your sensitivities wide and make you much more vulnerable to being easily affected –triggering your irritability and causing you and others to lash out.
When people you know or live with are acting out or being accusatory, this is when we deal best by stepping back, entering into our heart and allowing that love energy to shine, rather than being engulfed in the endless webs of others.
You can do this while maintaining boundaries too, these can be invisible etheric energy borders or blocks that you set up via your more higher perspective and way of being intention. I will be teaching such techniques in my courses, which will be available online.

So prepare for the chaos and just do the best you can! No one is perfect. ‘ It is all perspective,’ which is why living in your heart is going to potentially become your new ‘default’, if you allow it to be, for we are being ‘rewired’ so to speak. It’s all about being mindful, aware and learning to take the higher road. As much as you can.
Again, no one is perfect, so don’t berate yourself, and if you need to act like a toddler or feel like you are having a meltdown, then that’s what you need to do while processing confusing and confronting energy. But wherever you can, tell yourself that it is just a phase and that you will get through it. Tomorrow is a new day, and this, too shall pass!
