Awakening to the Matrix of Hidden Knowing A Poem About Spiritual Awakening July 2013 My thoughts Uprising Push against the willows Of my mind. Surfacing again Seemingly in unison Metamorphosing into Reality. Making themselves known Amidst the darkness of night Revealing hidden stories Of an eternal inner plight. For who would really know The treasures beyond the grave More than the hidden voice Springing forth from their plague. Cushioned in their depths They know no escape Yet coiling into position They form a serpent snake. A burden on the human Each thought a complex mesh Sewn in a matrix That gnaws at bones and flesh. Time to dig the trenches Of the encumbered human mind To find a golden pathway Entrenched with in its shrine. Explore the hidden depths In merciless terrain To discover truth and light Past the torrids and the rain. Wash away those torrential tears Hardened into stone Crack away the surface To reveal the sacred tone. That vibrates a mystical beat Alongside the trouncing heart Dig up past the twining veins And obstacles of one’s hearth. To find the voice with in Past the idleness of time Conglomerations of 3D days That play out an endless mime. And hold on to that song of life Like a golden flute of lore Trumpeting its winnings and misfortunes And hidden truths galore. So find that voice with in you And handle it with care Let it out in ritual And wholeheartedly declare. That from this moment forth Your tongue shall speak with glory Without its shackles or its veils To tell its bona fide story. Now that it’s unleashed a precious code Of such reconcile knowing Let it be your navigational guide A torch that keeps you going. Lit by the flame of your inner fire That burns from deep inside Past the mists of space and time An awakening you no longer can hide. And as you state this fair conviction With confident acquiesce You’ll find new paths emerging That give you wisdom at its best. For a cornucopia of heaven Is waiting at your door If only you turn the handle And be ready to explore. AWAKENED MINDIntelligence inaugurates The early hour Blossomed mind, Perception flowered Dawn breaks free The birds sing wild Inner spiritual tree Inspires nature’s child All urban woe is lost As skin wakens afresh No burning, no frost But simple perfection unmeshed Take me world unbated I am at one with your realm Inspired anticipation As I glide towards your helm. My body beckons forth Stretching across your domain Corporal-omorph Renewed inner rain. Stretched limbs distend The expanse of mind Regenerated soul The spirit’s find. I am not who I was, But neither am I blank of my past. Traces of the way, Things used to be, Haunt and shiver and hide and taunt. I am what I am, and I am where I am right now. Yet I am more than a mere reflection m of all that I am - All that I’ve been. A trail of lost traces covet my skin, Yet the veil keeps getting faint and thin. |
I Have Watched You As You Sleep
This poem is dedicated to my daughter. Written very late at night, 15th August, 2005 I have stood there, and watched you as you sleep, Marvelled at the Perfection Of your face. The grace of your solumn lips Perced against your soft translucent skin. I have laid there and watched as soft shadows Cast over your gentle features, Your eyelids softly concaved Over your large black eyes, Your blessed nose poised in meditation As you draw baby breath, Slight and golden. I have sat there and stared At the wonder of you. Where have you come from, My celestial child, Who feeds so needily from my gaping bosom, And what have I done to deserve Such a beautiful blessing As the gift of life you have bestowed upon me. La Luna The silent moon, Echoes upon The stars that Transform The earth, like An old secret Without a mind; Only eyes, and A soul. 
The path of the sea, Long and transparent, Makes me feel free While I wonder Where I have been, and, Where I am going. (Italian Version)

METAPHYSICAL METAMORPHOSISLike a lily contained, Yet a tiger all enflamed, The duality of me, Perplexes me infinitely. I daily here remain, And insular, I wax and wain, Like tides with ebb and flow, It’s uncertainties doth I know. Feel centred by the moon, That beats my inner tune. Yet lost am I in lore, When the answer's in it's core. Glorious and divine, I dream of the sublime. But the antithesis if that, Is the reality of Nat. I know I’ve got a force That’s connected to the Source. Though Goddess I surely AM, Too much in my fragile mind, I cram. So stuck on earth I feel Embedded to this wheel. My compass stuck on west, Something that I detest. Would like to find my North And walk along that wharf. Wave my magic wand, And look out to far beyond. Preparing to claim my power, And open up my flower, Like a bear hiding in it’s cave, It’s love and security I crave. Yet my buds remain all closed, And body wound up and clothed, I’m half of me, all trapped, The life force in me all zapped. Trying to find my wings, As eagerly my heart still sings, Underneath all the pain, The sunshine sheaths the rain. Songs of yesteryear, Break down all my fear, Melodies of today , Guide me along my way. Beguiled in my cocoon, Seeking answers in a rune, In my womanly web I’m engulfed, And in my imagination, I paint and sculpt. Surely there’s a better life for me, As this can’t be my destiny. There’s much more to explore, As I open up a new door . Spellbound by the eclipse, With wanting, quivering lips, My needs have not been met, Atleast, not quite yet. Im matrixed in my labrynth As an exotic bottle of absenthe, Strangeheld and wound, In a poisonous substance all bound. Needing a release, For the torture to finally cease, A candle is what I AM, At once white, yet all enflamed. |
