Over the years I have come to understand that awareness is the key to everything. It is the starting point that catapults change. It has become ingrained in my soul-aligned higher mind, when I am attuned to it, that realization is the seed of awareness. Awareness is the catalyst. It is always the first step. |

Awareness is a State of Consciousness

Awareness opens up a window to see the world with new eyes. And it all starts by going deep within. This is self awareness.

It then acts as a springboard for the powerful alchemic process of personal and energetic shift to take place. |

Awareness Means Not IgnoringAwareness means turning on the light to see what's really there, and for some that can be scary. It means looking at rather than ignoring.
A big part of realization is acknowledging your ‘stuff.’ You cannot fix something that you are not aware of or are ignoring. |

Energy is constantly moving and new stuff is preparing itself, or on its way, wanting to come through to replace the old.
