These are not cookie-cutter coaching calls. They are highly intuitive, deeply personal sessions guided by where your human self is at and what your soul needs most. My approach weaves intuitive guidance, energy awareness, and grounded spiritual insight. I listen to what you share—and what your energy is saying underneath. Together, we explore the deeper layers of what’s going on and gently shift what no longer serves you.

What to Expect
We meet in a calm, private Zoom space. You’ll have time to share what’s on your heart. I’ll tune in, reflect back, and offer insights or energy-based guidance as needed. Sometimes I may guide you through a short practice, visualization or energy clearing to help shift what’s stuck.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more deeply connected to yourself. This is a collaborative, soul-centered space—not a lecture, not a performance. Just presence. Intuition. Support. And the space to get clear, true and come home to yourself.

It can sometimes be a bit of all three. But ultimately, this is a space for you—your energy, your truth, your unfolding. I don't follow a strict formula or pre-set method, however if preferred, we can take a more structured approach, tailored to your specific needs (eg: spiritual education, training, goals, personal healing & transformation, accountability). I meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward with clarity and light. And we work together at our ubiquitous pace.

Pricing
SESSION INVESTMENT:
60 minutes – $350 USD (Zoom, standard session)
90 minutes – $500 USD (Zoom, optional deep dive, deeper processing or energy integration)
Video Recording of each Session included - allowing you to re-listen, reflect, and reconnect with the insight, wisdom and support whenever you need. This is a wonderful opportunity also to take deeper notes, and integrate the messages more fully.
If you're unsure which length to choose, the 60-minute session is beautifully effective for most people. 90-minute sessions are ideal if you're feeling particularly blocked, navigating complex transitions, just need more time to cover more, explore deeply, or for extra support. If you are not sure, reach out.
OPTIONAL ADD ON SUPPORT:
Accountability or Support Check-Ins. For clients who desire a little extra support between weekly sessions — whether for accountability, encouragement, motivation or support— you can add a check-in option for an additional $55 USD per session.
Post-Session Check-In Support – $55 USD (add on fee) – Receive up to 2 light check-ins via WhatsApp or email.
A simple, contained way to stay aligned and supported during your integration process. Includes:
This is not a substitute for coaching, deep guidance or energy work — it’s a light-touch follow-up to help you integrate, stay connected to your intentions, and feel supported as things come up between sessions.
*This optional support add-on must be used within 5–6 days following your session (ideally not too close to your next session, to allow time for reply). For special arrangements, feel free to reach out and we can discuss what’s workable.

A light check-in is a short message from you — a share, update, or question — with a simple, thoughtful reply from me. It’s there to help you stay connected and supported, without opening a long coaching thread.
This is light-touch support only. It’s not designed for deep unpacking, energetic work, intuitive guidance, or processing complex emotions or life decisions — those are strictly reserved for our dedicated session time, sacred parts of the in-session container, where we have space to go deep, honor your journey fully, and do the real work. If you feel like you need more frequent or in-depth support between sessions, we can chat about whether a longer coaching or mentoring container would be a better fit, or make a special arrangement.

Once you are approved for coaching you can go ahead and make a booking:
- Book a single session casually
- Book multiple sessions for a set period
- Arrange ongoing weekly or monthly support
