About Spiritual Coaching with Natalia

​​Spiritual Coaching is a natural extension of my work as an intuitive, energy healer and spiritual teacher. I tailor sessions to your individual needs, and/or what comes up organically. What gives these sessions extra energy, attention and deeper meaning, is that I will 'hold space' for you on an energetic level and will also be working with you intuitively.

I am very flexible and often a session can involve a blend of support, mentoring, intuitive insight, energy work, and personal / spiritual guidance / education. If you desire more of one particular thing, we can work on that. So long as we are both clear, aligned and discuss it first. We can also adapt as we go along. Once you get to know me you will see you will be very looked after and feel safe, heard and seen. You will get a gist of how a session can go.

All of my coaching clients have had an intuitive reading and energy session with me before commencing coaching. It is the perfect spiritual starting point and is great way for us to get to know each other (we safely go deep very quickly), and for me to get a feel for your needs. If you are interested in coaching, or curious to learn more, book an intuitive/energy session with me (unless you really don't need it or feel you have any issues), and / or contact me. 

I am opening up my coaching service in a way bigger than ever before, so I can truly meet your higher, deeper needs. I look at my spiritual services as expansive, flexible and transformational, and they often overlap, because we are working holistically - body, mind, emotions, spirit and soul (and all the things in between). Sometimes my clients don't even know what they are booking, and that is okay. Once you know me and we agree we are a match, we will form a wonderful relationship and make it work. Answers often come in session.

What is Covered in a Coaching Session?

​Sessions can be for support and mentoring only, and/or learning spiritual topics and techniques.

You can book coaching sessions as personal mentoring, accountability and support. We can keep it simple, or dive in deep. If you are learning spiritual skills, tools and techniques, all levels are welcome (from basic to advanced, from lay people to professional practitioners). Just discuss with me first to double check.

The Length and Frequency of Sessions

Sessions are 1hr long, unless you are going through a lot and need extra care, in which 1.5hrs is needed (in that case just book a 1.5hr reading/energy session and I'll be flexible in what we cover).

​I have simplified my process and have one way to book, which is a single coaching session (however you can adjust the quantity if you want to book more than one session at a time). Once you have spoken with me and we have agreed, then you can go ahead and book either:

✦ several sessions within a set timeframe 
​✦ ongoing (recurring regular) sessions

I can also set a regular weekly or monthly time/date for you. I am happy to discuss with you and you can also see how you go. I am not sales-oriented, I am soul-aligned, so there is never any pressure. I only ask that you be respectful of my time and energy and we will have a wonderful relationship.
