The Solar Plexus
The Solar Plexus sits in the stomach area just above the navel.
It is the energy centre related to confidence, courage, intuition self power and control.
The solar plexus corresponds with the colour yellow, like the sun.
I have found in my energy healing work that many people, especially women, sensitive people and empaths store a lot of energy (including that of other people) in this chakra.
It then affects their personal sense of power so that they feel disempowered, unconfident and uncertain about themselves and their life.
