What are Energy Shifts?We have been going through a lot of energy shifts for years now. And just what are we talking about here?
Energy shifts are waves of light energy that have hit us and created change in the our bodies, minds, emotions, physicality and the world at large. Because of the large amount of darkness on earth, even greater light has been needed, and it is that light that creates change, awakening and transformation. But in the process of it all, our world is in turmoil - and we are suffering in the midst of it. |

Energy shifts have the potential of creating grand transformations, however with it comes a lot of struggle.
As the angels have often told me in relation to my psychic / energy healing with clients,
we must go down in order to go up!
That can be uncomfortable, but is what is needed to truly get to the bottom of things.
There are a host of symptoms that we can feel when undergoing energy shifts.

Energy Shift Survival Tips
Here are some tips to get you through the next energy wave - whether or a little energy wave or a huge energetic tidal wave.
There is nothing special or specific that you need to do apart from perhaps these simple pieces of advice that have come from years of experiencing this, as well as my psychic / energy work with clients. They really can help: |
Take it easy, be gentle on yourself, nourish yourself. Take steps to love yourself and work on self-development and self care as a priority.
Start a spiritual daily practice, even if it’s just for a few minutes at least to do some relaxed deep breathing and sitting still. Chill - Get lots of rest, take regular breaks, time off and time out. Find quality ‘alone time’ to process all your thoughts, emotions and energy, sit in silence Reprioritize and say no to stressful people, events and commitments. Avoid too many jobs, projects, to do lists or spreading yourself too thin. Simplify, simplify, simplify!!! Remove anything unnecessary. Clear clutter getting in your way. Set up and maintain boundaries. Allow each day to unfold as it is, and for any thoughts, strange emotions or physical symptoms to simply float by and be. Go with your thoughts and emotions, let them flow naturally. Go with the flow rather than pushing against it. Let yourself cry or get emotional. But at the same time be mindful. Do not buy into fear / negativity or give it time or energy. You will be extra emotionally sensitive, so remind yourself to not take things to heart or too seriously. Let go of all that has not been working for you. This is a process and can take time, but you will be all the better for it. |
Ignore the negative voices and thought in your head. Learn to just be mindful of them and clear, negate or override them.
If issues arise, know it’s there for a reason – seek to learn the lesson and then release it, remembering that it is a process.
Breathe in Spirit and be in a state of awareness and gratitude, with positive expectations, affirmations and prayers for yourself, your family, community and the planet. With your hand on your heart, you can say to yourself these comforting words: ‘all is well’ and ‘this too, shall pass!’ Set your intentions for each day to be filled with calm, love, light and anything else positive that you desire.
Take time to meditate or connect.
Have lots of good quality rest
Drink loads of pure, filtered or spring water. Eat more healthily (lots of organic produce).
Go out and connect with nature, exercise. If possible go to a beach or body of water to cleanse and reflect.
Write down / journal any feelings or thoughts you may have to release, as well as any ideas or inspiration for change.

Partake in activities that raise your vibration.
Let in lots of light in your house and life,
Stay open and aware, practise opening your awareness and raising your consciousness, notice signs, synchronicity and energy, take notice of and trust your inner intuition. Be ready to receive insight, downloads, ideas and inspiration .
As a consequence to all of this, don’t be afraid to make a change. Follow opportunities that sing to your heart, even if you feel fear.
