Book a one hour Zoom or Skype conference call with Natalia. Video calls are just as effective as meeting in person, as it is all about energy, it's almost like I am right there with you, very 'present' in the room. (NOTE: 1hr sessions can go by quickly, so 1.5hr sessions instead are strongly recommended, especially if you have a lot going on).
You are welcome to record your session with your own recording device or smart phone. Please just let Natalia know at the time as a courtesy. Thank you.
